John L. Kromer is Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 Bay West. He leads his team of professionals with honesty and integrity. His personal commitment to "Service Above Self" and criterion of high professional standards are manifested in his sales associates.
John is a proud native of South Tampa, and has strong ties to the local community. He is a longtime Rotarian and member of the Gasparilla Krewe of the Knights of Sant'Yago. He is an active volunteer in the Westchase & surrounding Northwest area - from mentoring elementary school students to organizing golf tournaments for charity. He enjoys golfing, boating and family time.
John earned a Bachelor Degree in Political Science from University of South Florida. Although accepted at law school, he turned his interest to real estate. As a real estate professional, he completed countless hours of advanced studies in marketing, sales, real estate procedures and real estate law. He worked with a National builder, and received extensive new construction sales training. They soon found John was a natural in sales, and his future was promising. He became a State Certified Appraiser, obtained his Broker's license in 1986, and opened his own real estate company.
John's commitment to excellence has been the cornerstone to his company's success.
