Leigh was born in Upstate New York. She has lived in interesting places such as Miami, San Francisco, Virginia Beach and Atlanta. She earned a Business Degree from Bryant & Stratton College in Miami. Leigh has made Tampa her home since 1999. Her hobbies include tennis, golfing and playing bunko.
